Currency Tips - The rupee opened lower six paise at 66.75/$ as against the past close of 66.69/$.
The Indian coin finished lower by 19 paise at 66.69/$. The nearby unit had hit a high of 66.71 and a low of 66.86.
The Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) reference rate for the dollar remained at 66.63 and for the Euro remained at 74.58.
The RBI's reference rate for the Yen remained at 64.34; reference rate for the Great Britain Pound (GBP) remained at 84.6695.
